Spa Policy

Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other guests on our waitlist.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check-in, select your refreshments, and begin your relaxation process.

Gift Certificates

Available for purchase at the spa or online. They may be redeemed for any nail or aesthetic therapy of your choice.
